To register for Christ the King Faith Formation classes for students in grades 1-9, please download, print and fill out the forms below.  Completed forms with tuition payment (check or cash only) can be returned to the parish office in-person, by mail or dropped in the collection basket at Mass. Special early bird tuition rates apply from June 1- August 15!  Classes are scheduled to begin onsite at Christ the King Parish center the week of September 24,2023. 

The Faith Formation program at Christ the King depends on dedicated catechists, substitutes and hall monitors who share their time and talents.  All volunteers are 18 years and older and are required to complete "Protecting God's Children" VIRTUS training.  The Bridgeport diocese also provides additional training for catechists.  If you are available to help us in the 2023-24 school year, please indicate your interest and availability on the registration form.
